Agape Toys for Tots
| During the months of November and December, the Carrico Center becomes a big toy store. In November mothers sign up for help with gifts for their children and are assigned a time in December to pick up their gifts and, if needed, food. |  |

This provides Christmas gifts for hundreds of children primarily in the Russellville/Logan County area who would not have Christmas otherwise. There is also a few hundred boxes with food and turkeys provided for families and individuals in need. |
| The funds for this outreach comes from a community wide effort from churches, local government, industries, fire, police, schools, and many other sources. Bro. Joe Carrico started this program in 1954 and Agape has coordinated it since 1994. |  |
The following is a note from a young boy that receivied toys from Agape Toys for Tots: "I am Joey and I want to thank you for my gift. I go to church and this night I will pray hard for you and because you are so good to the people. Thank you, Joey."
The soldiers from Fort Campbell's Schnook battalion help with the annual country ham breakfast and the repair of toys every Christmas.

Recent Update
Agape delivered gift certificates and food boxes, in addition to many new toys given by the Democratic Women of Logan County to some of the families of our brave soldiers from the 101st 7th Battalion. Agape also donated $2,700 to the Family Readiness Program to help our soilders' dependents during the year.
